Inner and outer wire are made of 316 stainless steel.
Liner is constructed of combination of polyester and polyamide.
The main body is multiple layers of low temperature thermoplastic fabrics films.
Its cover is polyester fabric cover. It can offer extra protection and insulation for rope lagging.

The details of cryogenic composite hose:

  • Temperature range: -200°C to +80°C.
  • Inner diameter: 1", 1.5", 2", 3", 4", 5", 6", 8" and 10".
  • Working pressure: 10bar (145psi).
  • Max length: 65ft (20m).

The cryogenic composite hose length can be standard and the hose can be cut.

Application of cryogenic composite hose:

Cryogenic composite hose is designed to transfer or handle a wide range of low temperature fluids, including butadiene, butane and propane mixture, LNG (liquefied natural gas) and LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) and liquid nitrogen.
