High temperature composite hose acts as an upgraded version of the standard composite hose, but is works well in the temperature of 177°C. It is constructed of Teflon tube and its reinforcement layer is the combination of polyamides and nylons. This makes the hose withstand the high working pressure of 250psi.

The structure of high temperature composite hose:

High temperature composite hose is composed of four parts: inner helix wire, liner, cover and outer helix wire.

  • Inner helix wire: SS304, SS316 or galvanized mild steel.
  • Liner: PTFE and polypropylene.
  • Cover: polyamide fabrics and films with double layers of abrasion resistant PVC coated fabric.
  • Outer helix wire: SS304, SS316 or galvanized mild steel.
