Construction

Inner Lining: PTFE film plus multiple plies of polypropylene film.
Inner Wire: Stainless Steel 316L.
Outer Wire: High tensile galvanized steel or Stainless Steel 304 or 316 L.
Cover: Polypropylene fabrics and films with an abrasion resistant PVC coated fabric cover.
Liner: Combination of multiple piles of polypropylene films and polyester vapour barriers.
Temperature Range: -30 °C to +120 °C
Safety Factor: 3 : 1

End Fitting

Various fittings, such as threaded or unthreaded swage nipples, flanges and a wide range of quick couplings. End fittings are crimped into the hose.

Packing and Delivery

As usual, we pack with plastic film first, then pack with pallets or wooden boxes for LCL shipments. For FCL shipments, we pack with bubble wrap film to protect the hose.
